The multi-residential development consists of 8 apartments and a retail space. Situated on a main road, the design seeks to respond with an open character to the surrounding context and streetscape. Off-form concrete arches define the entrances and public interface whilst elevating the sense of arrival and forming a structural framework to the façade. Subtle details and the neutral material palette creates a sense of timelessness with the combination of bricks, concrete and metal balustrade adding textural layers.
