Description

A circa 1940s house originally designed by Architect Geoffrey Somers with an elegant heritage character. Unfortunate 1980s renovations and a modest original footprint required extending the house to the rear as well as within the steeply pitched terra cotta shingle roof. The house was extensively reconstructed internally but all the work has been sympathetically designed to acknowledge the subtlety of the original design. New landscape has been welcomed into the spare but rich interiors.
